ABOUT THE INCUBATOR

In 2019, the City of Pazin has established an businnes incubator in Pazin. This project has been implemented together with its partner Development Agency Heart of Istra and collaborators the Polytechnic of Rijeka - Study of Entrepreneurship and the Association of Craftsmen "Pazin". Total value of the project was more than 371.623,86 EUR, of which 98% were EU funds.

The main problem that this intervention aims to solve is the lack of adequate supporting business infrastructure for start-up entrepreneurs, which stems from the fact that there are no suitable spaces for them in Pazin and the surrounding area. Therefore, the target groups and users of the incubator are start up companies from the municipality of Pazin and the surrounding area, as well as micro, small and medium-sized entreprises.

Within the framework of the business incubator as an entrepreneurial infrastructure, beneficiaries have at their disposal general and specialized infrastructure, equipment and related services needed by young enterprises. The infrastructure capacity of the business incubator consists of seven spatial and functional units, five of which are offices for entrepreneurs, the manager's office and a coworking space that can also serve as multipurpose hall.

Office

If you just need a stable high-speed Internet connection and you don’t mind sharing your working space, then our coworking would be more suitable for you. Our conference hall can easily turn into coworking space and hold up to eight workstations.

If you are hosting workshops, seminars or need to meet with a larger group of people, we got you covered. Our conference room can host up to 25 people. The smartboard will be your ally in successfully delivering your activities.

Virtual office

Although not a physical workspace, this service is very helpful for those who work from home and require a company address, a location to receive mail and deliveries, and need to occasionally access the coworking space.
