Welcome to Pazin UP business incubator, an equipped business support institution managed by the Development agency Heart of Istria that provides infrastructure services and products to entrepreneurs in all development phases. We support the development of small and medium businesses and raise awareness about the importance of incubators in economic growth and development. We are located at the center of Pazin at the address Prolaz Jože Šurana 3. If you work remotely or are a digital nomad, you are in the right place.

We offer completely equipped workstation, air condition, and high-speed fiber Internet included. You can also use our kitchen if you need to prepare some coffee, tea, grab a snack or take some rest and enjoy our comfortable sofas at the lobby.

Offices

If your work is delicate or you just need some peace and quiet, small office rent is the best option. All together there are five offices, four are currently occupied for longer term, and there is one single office available for short term rental. The office is equipped with a desk, chair, copy machine, office closets and air condition.

Coworking

If you just need a stable high-speed Internet connection and you don’t mind sharing your working space, then our coworking would be more suitable for you. Our conference hall can easily turn into coworking space and hold up to eight workstations.

Conference hall / Meeting room

If you are hosting workshops, seminars or need to meet with a larger group of people, we got you covered. Our conference room can host up to 25 people. The smartboard will be your ally in successfully delivering your activities.

Virtual office

Although not a physical workspace, this service is very helpful for those who work from home and require a company address, a location to receive mail and deliveries, and need to occasionally access the coworking space.
